Introductory Appointment

Before we offer any of our services , we will provide an initial obligation free, introductory appointment at your place of residence, at no cost.

This will allow us to meet and get to know each other. More importantly, we get to meet your pets and bond with them. In order to proceed, we will need to build a relationship with them to ensure your pets are comfortable with us, and we are comfortable with them.

We will:

  • ask you about your pets, their routines, diets, and special needs.
  • go through your specific instructions regarding their care.
